5-Minute Quick Start Guide
This Visual Quick Start Guide will take you through the
steps of logging into LoanCommander, adding a borrower and sending a pipeline
status report. After going through this short Quick Start Guide, it is suggested
that you then visit the Getting Started Guide.

Logging into LoanCommander.com

Log in to LoanCommander
From the main login page, you have the access to login to LoanCommander.com.
You need to include your ORG code, User ID and Password when logging in. You
can add that page to your favorites by clicking on the "Add to Favorites" link.
If you have forgotten your password, you can have it sent to you by following
the link at the top of the page.
There are other options for logging in. If you have your own website, support
can send you the HTML code to allow you to log directly into LoanCommander from
your website without having to visit our login page first. People use this
feature to further integrate our services with your company's website.
You may also request an auto-login id. This link will log you directly into
our system without having to enter you org, user id and password. This is ideal
for people who feel that they are entering their information too much.

Step 1: Select the borrower on the Processing Pipeline
Once you have logged in and added a new borrower to your pipeline,
you need to select that borrower to work with it.
You access your list of pipeline borrowers by clicking on Processing
Pipeline from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
The Pipeline Overview shows an overview of the status of all
your loans. To work with any particular borrower, click on the last name
of the borrower you want to update.

Step 2: Update the status of loan
By selecting the borrower's name on the Pipeline Overview
screen, you are taken to the Processing Status screen.
On the Processing Status screen, you can update the status of
any work you or your processor may have performed:
- Check off that work has been performed
- Update the dates of work performed
- Add unlimited comments about work being performed
***Please NOTE: The processing pipeline steps are only an example.
They are completely customizeable. MAKE IT YOUR PIPELINE!!
